Hinzan
Hinzan is located just off the centre of Niseko’s Hirafu village. After a full refurbishment in 2019, Hinzan offers lovely apartments for your stay. All the resorts village facilities are only a short stroll including restaurants, shops and bars. The free ski shuttle bus stop is right outside the door to whisk you straight to the main Gondola or you can choose to walk in 5 minutes to the Ace Family chair and beginners area.

Studios
There are 3 x stunning studio apartments from 29 – 48 sq m in size. The 2nd and 3rd floor studios are the largest in floor space including large bathroom with bathtub, compact kitchen and open and living with resort or mountain views. The 4th floor penthouse studio boasts incredible views up the ski mountain through expansive windows, with a smaller floor print, including lounge area, compact kitchen separated by glass wall and bathroom with shower.
2/3 bedrooms
There are 4 x unique 2-bedroom apartments. Each apartment has open lounge and dining area with a well-appointed full modern kitchen facilities. For groups, two split level apartments offer an increased level of privacy with the master bedrooms located on a second level. Others are spacious, single level apartments to better accommodate families. The ground floor 2-bedroom apartment offers a large floor plan on a single level, and is highly suitable for families with children, or guests who prefer level access from the entrance. Two of the 2- bedroom apartments have private outdoor two person spa baths on an indulgent deck, providing both mountain and village views; the perfect spot for rejuvenating at the end of the day. Three of the 2-bedroom apartments have 2 key access and can be booked together with the adjoining studio to create 3-bedroom apartments.
Furnishings
Western designer interiors and furniture allows guests to relax and entertain in comfort. A TV with satellite English news and movies, DVD, stereo and internet access.
Kitchens
All apartments have a modern western kitchens incl. dishwasher, double sink, stove and microwave with a full range of western cooking and eating utensils.
Sleeping
All bedrooms have split western beds for couples or twin share. The studios sleep up to 2, the two bedroom apartments sleeps up to 4, the three bedroom apartment sleeps 6.

The shared basement has ski storage and lockers

Located just across the road from shuttle stop number 9 and only a short stroll to all of the village facilities, restaurants and bars.
