The property offers an in-house traditional bathhouse overlooking the snow and ski runs of Myoko Akakura resort, free car parking, free WiFi, breakfast, laundry services, smart TVs, tea & coffee facilities and iron and ironing boards. What set Myoko Vista aside are its hosts. They will ski and board with you, take you to their favourite spots and even escort you to location attractions. They have 2 passenger vans to take guests to other local resorts and attractions such as Snow Monkey tours, local wine and beer tasting, Waterfall snow shoe trips, snowmobiling, onsen tours and much more. With no set schedule, they will let the weather determine the best places to go.
Rooms
All rooms feature traditional Japanese tatami flooring and include, private bathroom (shower and toilet), either western style bedding (including down duvet and pillows) or futons, bespoke body amenities, TV/iPhone docks, WiFi and central heating. Rooms also offer large glass sliding doors and private verandas ideal for soaking up that striking alpine vista. The standard rooms are fitted with a queen bed, a Hollywood twin or two futons and will allow one additional futon for a third guest. The penthouse room, with its stunning views, space and amenities unlike anything else in town covers one entire half of the top floor of the building and has expansive views over the valley (on clear days you can see Madarao, Tangram, Nozawa Onsen and Shiga Kogen), full kitchen, large bathroom and a gorgeous Western style bath. The penthouse features a queen bed and will allow up to 2 additional guests on futons.
Location
Myoko Vista is positioned in Myoko Kogen (Akakura Onsen), about 45 minutes from Nagano and 3.5 hours from Tokyo. It is close by to Madarao, Shiga Kogen and Nozawa Onsen Ski Resorts. Myoko Vista offers walkable access to the traditional Japanese village, including restaurants, bars and shops.
