Getting to Tomamu ski resort

From Chitose airport:

On the lower level of Chitose airport (under the airport) there is a train line that routes to Sapporo. From here you can catch the train to Tomamu. Board the train and travel one stop to Minami Chitose. From here you will need to catch a new train to directly Tomamu resort. Tomamu has a train station in the resort.
