11 December 2017, will see the opening of Niseko's first international medical clinic, nic. Open for the winter months between 11Dec-31Mar 2018, its English and Japanese speaking staff will be able to provide urgent care and primary care services to both adults and children, covering a wide range of illnesses and injuries.
This modern walk-in clinic and pharmacy will be open 7 days a week between 9-5pm. We want nothing more than for our clients to be well and have an injury free holiday, but now, if something doesn’t go to plan there are now local services who can communicate in English. At just a 15 minute from Hirafu village and a bus stop right at the front door for the free village shuttle, this is a great asset for the village.
